Apparently this is how you drive! One hand on the wheel and your mouth on the throttle! Gam Gams got Rex this driving style toy and he really loves to play with/eat it.

Gam Gams and her baby boy! She really loves Rex so much. I'm so lucky to have this woman in my life! She is a life saver for everything from parenting advice to knitting techniques.

Day 21

Someone was excited to go to Chinese!! He did so well sitting by himself! He really behaved himself too. He didn't fuss the entire time we were there. And the server was enthralled by him. She was so nice and talked about her son who is about two years old.

Day 20

While this isn't the best photo of Rex, this illustrates the amount of snow we got in this storm. ugh. I hate winter. Hopefully once Rex is old enough to play in it his joy with the snow will help me love it more. For now we'll settle with taking him for rides on his sled to go get the mail.

Day 19

Rex has taken to holding onto things as he sleeps. This is just one example. Sometimes he'll grab onto his blanket and hold it under his chin. It's adorable!

Day 18

Uncle Andy's Thumb tastes Yummy. We spend entirely too much time and money at the Bayview Inn Bar and Grill in Acme, MI. We love it. The waitresses know us by name and have our drinks on the table before we sit down. We had dinner and spent some quality time with one of our best friends. Our other bestie is there, but he's afraid to hold the baby! LOL

He was so angry that the nursing cover wasn't food. I promise right after this picture I fed him! LOL

Day 15

Cranky, sick, tired. That would be the both of us! He couldn't sleep because he was feeling too yucky from his first cold ever. Hopefully we both get to feeling better soon.

Day14

Somebody loves his baby! He was having fun playing with Rex in the Moby wrap we got! He says it's really comfortable, so maybe we'll both get a lot of use out of it!

OMG I'm 5 Months old??

The 13th was Rex's 5 month birthday!!

Day 13

He kept curling his tongue around the bar! LOL I couldn't get one with it actually curled, but this is close. He was chewing on all the balls and moving them around to chew on different ones. It's not the best photo for quality, but the content is hilarious.
